Dryness and small pimples ,skin darkenin

I have dry skin and using cetaphil cleanser and moisturizer currently. From past 2-3 weeks, I'm facing more dryness, small pimples/acne, and even skin is getting dark. Even my lips getting dark and dry. I want to know if any facial oil or serum helps my skin and if it helps, what are the products recommended. Thanks for the help in advance.

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
