Dry fungal, suffering from last 3 months , some time its itching too much. Before I tried calamine lotion and taken Vitamin E also but no improvement.. now skin gets too much hard and its cracks and bleeding also some time.

It looks like psoriasis. Do you have rashes elsewhere. Please send photos of knees elbows and scalp if there are rashes there as well. Following diagnosis I can write a prescription.
