I am having dry white, flaky  skin on on my penis. Also i noticed my glans is dry and wrinkly  and has some like red spots  if looken closely and my glans looks red and inflamed if the penis is erect. I also feel burning sensation and irritation near penis base skin and sometimes after peeing and ejaculation i feel burning feeling near meatus.
