I've been having dry sore throat, blocked nose and difficulty swallowing and breathing. Haven't had coughing or sneezing. I've tried OTC nasal decongestant and steaming to clear up the sinus phlegm, but gives only temporary relief. Last night, had difficulty breathing and swallowing in an upright sleeping position, felt out of breath. Looking for professional opinion on these symptoms
