Very itchy if we touch them if not normal...can feel the difference when i touch the skin in that area..red pimples with dryness.attached photo for reference

I think its a pic of buttock area nd u r suffering from tinea, red ones are not problem but below i can c spots f tinea, red dots r perhaps cherry angioma
