For dry skin certain changes in your regular routine is important. To start with use a moisturising soap or a cleanser to take bath and bathing should be with Luke warm water. As soon as you take bath apply a moisturiser when the skin is still wet which will help in retaining the moisture of skin. Moisturiser should be applied at least twice in a day and it should be cream based.your dermatologist can help you with the type of moisturiser suitable for your skin.Drink lots of water.
