Dry skin and itching on right foot

I m having dryness & itching problem on right foot because of which it has become red. It is since 1 month. What should I apply, I tried using ring guard & other itch reducing cream, it used to become dry after use...but if I scratch it, then it leads to redness, rashes & small blisters kind of things... Can u please help me out ?? I m not allergic to any thing.
