Dry skin & Itching near Scrotum & Anus

Many times in a day, the portion of my skin under scrotum & near anus irritates me. Especially when its sweating down there. If I scratch it, it weeps. Sometimes I get the rashes even, and then I get that burning sensation down there, making me uncomfortable. I work in office, and feel embarrassed to scratch under the table.

This looks like candidal intertrigo which is a fungal infection. Aggravated by sweating, heat and occlusion.
