Dry mouth since last 6 days
I have dry mouth since last 5-6 days...excess dry ness...don't know the reasons ...but I have quit alcohol 2 weeks ago...don't know the reason for dry mouth..taking b complex since 4 days ..but no results..dry mouth, dry tongue and no saliva..
