Dry lips and little dark

Hi dr my lips have become very dry and hard. Skin of my lower lip is coming out and sometimes it bleeds but thats very rare. How can i improve the color of lips. Vaseline or any other cream doesn't help.

Lips can be dry because of many reasons Nutritional deficiencies Sun exposure Application creams which don't agree to you skin type Frequent licking of lips Among the few common ones Just a lip balm may not help you will have to be evaluated to see what exactly is causing it.
