Good afternoon.I had different surgeries before I had a circumcision because I was affected by phimosis. I have waited more than 3 months before have sex but at the moment of erection I felt stung and i have found dry skin falling with cracks and blood underlying. This is happening below the glans and at the beginning of the rod.Thank you so much
