U can use simple lubricating eye drops along with antiallergic drops with limited dose

You can. Limit it once or twice for 5days, if it has been prescribed by the doctor because steroids without consulting is dangerous. Never ever do self medication you might end up paying the price for it very heavily due to damage it can do to you.
