Hi How to treat dry eyes in ayurveda..any eye drops recommended?what line of treatment is suggested for dry eyes?

For dry eyes ...start putting triphala ghruta 2-2 drops at night in your eyes! Lessen your screen time( mobile and tv) Meditation is important! Take breaks between work! Focus on digestion...work on it if you have any problem! Consult with me for better treatment and diet planning !!! Eyes and Digestion are directly connected!

Wash your eyes with triphala powder water every morning. Soak one tablespoon of triphala powder in an earthen pot, in the morning wash your eyes with that water.
