You have two problems... squamous blepharitis and dry eyes
For squamous blepharitis:
Treat dandruff of head
Scrub lashes with baby shampoo
Apply azithral ointment locally over lid margins
For dry eyes
There is no permanent treatment
Problem may persist for years
Use goggles when in sunlight
Blink a lot
Cold compresses
Use Antiglare glasses
Avoid direct exposure to air
Use lubricating eyedrop frequently like refresh tears
Use cyclosporine eyedrop twice daily
Other options for depend on condition of eye
