Is there treatment for dry dermatitis? My father is in pain due to so much itching. Spots have been formed and no medication is being effective.

Moisturiser is the main treatment.  Keep applying every six hours if there's dryness. For eczematous areas mild steroid based cream under prescription of a qualified dermatologist will help.  Warm regards Dr Govind Suresh Mittal, Bengaluru.
