I've had this dark, scaly, dry patch on my upper lip for 2 weeks. No pain or itch, feels very dry and dead skin comes out. Today I scratched it by mistake and blood came out. Now it's even darker. I haven't had intercourse since 2020 so I don't think its herpes. What could it be?
