I am suffering by a dry cough since last 2 months. It is not continuous but in cool surrounding i feel my chest is full of cough and whistling sound comes while breathing. Is it serious issue? What can I do at home?

That whistling sound is called wheeze. Occurs if there is airway narrowing due to allergy/ post infection etc.
Next Steps
Take bronchodilators which will improve wheeze. No good home remedies to advise. Better get yourself checked.
