Ongoing for 2+ years. Recent tests show a slightly elevated Total Leukocyte Count (TLC) at 11, elevated Neutrophils at 7, slightly low Lymphocytes at 19, and a very high Serum IgE level of 365. Hemoglobin and platelet counts are within the normal range. Is this cough (Shukhi Khasi) permanently treatable with medication, or is it caused by environmental factors?

It’s on and off since 2 yrs probably it might be allergic ,try to avoid known triggers consult pulmo to rule out infections also and get evaluated.

If CBC is normal with elevated ige more detailed evaluation to see causes for allergy corelating symptoms and planning a way forward the cough issues for long term relief.
