I've been having dry cough since one month. .. no other health problems. Age-44 sex-female

This could be secondary to post nasal drip arising out of sinusitis. You will need a diagnostic nasal endoscopy first followed by a ct scan of paranasal sinuses to evaluate further and determine the treatment accordingly. Antihistamines and topical steroid nasal spray can be useful.
