I have been having soar thoat with runny nose and dry coughing resulting to pain in the chest. I also have pain also have fever for the last 12 hours.

Hello sir, First off all you shuold start drinking plenty of water .you should do 2 time(morning and evening) gargle with luekwarm water with added salt .take complete rest . Start crocin 500 bd . Go for cbc ,TLC,dlc .
