Dry cough in 3 months old

My 3 months old daughter has dry cough since 2 days. Had running nose yesterday but it is ok today. Her throat seems to be irritated thus causing cough.  Everyone is under viral infection in home thus she seems to be infected too. I am giving her maxtra drops and applying babyrub. Plz suggest if it is enough or any other cough syrup or medicine should be given.

Hello madam Plz let us know any breathing difficulties is there Nasivion nasal drops 2 drops 5 times a day u can use If any breathing difficulties plz show physically

Avoid medicines if occasional cough. Can give steam inhalation and saline nasal drops
