Very heavy and dry cough. Feeling headache and breathing difficulties after coughing. Mostly spits out sputum, which more than usual size and in dark yellow color.

From whatever history you have mentioned, it seems that you are having a respiratory tract infection. You need to visit an MD Medicine,  as you will need a proper examination and might need antibiotics and all. If you are having sputum production, we will need to analyse that and also a chest X-ray might be required.
