I need any syrup or tablet or home remedy for dry cough. My mother coughing very badly . I need good suggestions ,plz share me details of medicine I need for my mother. I feel may be because of heat still I don't know what to do . Plz help me because of Pandemic it's difficult to get doctors. I need help .
