I'm having dry cough and itchy throat. The coughing is more at night times else it's very less through out the day time.

This could be due to GERD. Kindly avoid Spicy Oily food. Keep atleast two hours of gap between meals and sleep. You can take Tab. Pan 40 before breakfast for 10 days
