I have a sore throat from past 4 days and its dry cough. Followed by heavy head and headache while coughing. What can I do ?

You seem to be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat infection in this season. You may need to take symptomatic treatment like cough syrups, over the counter analgesics and antiseptic mouth gargle for few days
