I am getting small dry bumpy patches on my lips in every 2-3 days, it's different from the dead skin flakes. I changed my lip balms lipsticks and everything of that I used on my lips thinking it to be any infection and also tried Desi ghee. I use good quality lip balms regularly, still I feel like it only feels hydrated when the lip balm is on, the lip balm doesn't at all works on the dry patches or on any improvement of the skin of the lips.
