Hi doctor My son nikhil , 9 yrs has dry and scaly skin with wrinkle like drooping with folds on both his eye lids.. for the dryness I applied coconut oil at nights . But the doctor suggested to apply coconut oil and gave B complex syrup. Kindly check the enclosed photo and suggest some remedy.

I see some scaring over eyebrow region .. If there was any history of injury leading to dropping of eyelid it’s better to take an Oculoplasty opinion .. Just the folds or wrinkles on eyelid is nothing to be worried about
