I'm studying and im using laptop and mobile more ...i have -3.5 power in left eye and -2 in my right eye...i have very dry eye...i used ireversic solution then also it remains same and also im getting bubbles inside my upper eye...

You are having computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids
Next Steps
Follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20seconds after every after every 20.minutes. keep proper distance between eyes and screen. Wash your eyes with freshwater frequently. don't sit facing towards a/c or blowers .consume lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.

Along with eyedrop, we need to exercise some precautions A.  Blink a lot B  use antiglare glasses C.  Restrict use of mobile and laptop D.  Avoid direct exposure of eye to air E.  Keep using lubricating eyedrop Kindly share photos of bubbles so that I may guide you better Regards
