What to do if unfortunately the balloon was  gone to  stomach while drinking water.It was happened today afternoon.But still nothing pain.

Hello, Im assuming you are saying that you swallowed a baloon. There's nothing much to do. Wait and watch. It is most likely that the baloon will come out when you pass stools. If you develop abdominal pain, vomiting or abdominal distension then you need to meet a General Surgeon immediatly.
