Why there is drowsiness and low mood and tierdness after taking escitalopram or gluoxetin or duloexetin ..even though i have taken them in night only..but these effects remains throughout the next day...

These could be symptoms of your illness or initial effects of the drug. Dont worry much about it as if they are due to the medicines they will subside shortly, if they persist you should consult.
