I am drinking sabja seeds water sometimes to reduce heat and urinary infections and to clean stomach for etc etc... can i drink sabja seeds water directly without chewing..?? what will happen...??? can i drink it without chew..??? if i drink directly without chew our body and stomach will observe it..??? or not...??? if i drink without chew also it will have benifits or not...???
