Dried blood in phlegm
From past few days suffering from nose blocking especially at night while sleeping
Tomorrow amount of phlegm increased since evening
Also suffered from body pain and headache in night
After waking up in morning have dried blood in phlegm while clearing throat only once after that no blood in phlegm
Please evaluate and prescribe

As per recent High Court judgements, this can only be done in one-on-one Telephone/Video consultations where doctor has to have full data on patient with valid address, email and mobile number along with height, weight of patient to generate a prescription (with at least a provisional diagnosis or differential diagnoses). It is rhinitis .. acute of less than 4 weeks duration
Chronic if yu had been having similar episodes in past..
More details are needed actually
Start on Nasal drops
Saline nasal drops thrice daily
Steam inhalation thrice daily
Tab.Montair lc at night time
