2. This looks like CPPS only
3. It will not affect your fertility
4. I would suggest a thorough urological evaluation first, which includes :
1. Usg KUB with prostate, PVRV and scrotum
2. Uroflometry
3. If above tests show problem, then Urodynamic study to study the pattern of bladder, sphincter and urethra function
4. Semen analysis (+/-)
5. Ascending urethrogram (+/-) for urethra stricture
5. If Urological evaluation is normal, we have to look for triggers like food, drugs, psychosocial problems, etc

Will be done usually with urologist prescription
