Doubts on HIV ECLIA test performed

I performed HIV 1 and 2 ECLIA, test on 20 days and result value is 0.32 and on 28th day test result value is 0.19. On 34th day the test result value is 0.18 and on 44th day the test result value is 0.21. After that I took test on 47th day and result value is 0.27. Why value is increasing from 0.21 (44th day) to 0.27(47th day). Is infection started? Please confirm.
