Doubtful to continue medicine or not...

I was on duphaston .. ...but my blood test gave negative report of pregnancy..i wanted to concieve ..was prescribed duphadton..dint have periods....so now since my pregnancy is confirmed negative thru beta hcg..what should i do to get back my menses and be on regular cycles..??..should i continue with duphaston or any other medicine...????....please prescribe...
