Doubt regarding sudden weight gain

A guy and I were intimate and there was ejaculation of precum on my genitals, but we didn't have sex. A day after, on 20th of dec I took an ipill and I took unwanted72 on 21st of dec. To confirm pregnancy, I checked it using home test kit preganews on 3rd of jan, 20th of Jan and on 3rd of March, all tests were negative. But I have suddenly gained weight since Jan. Could the weight gain be due to the consumption of ipills? Is there any chance that I might be pregnant?
