Doubt of having Phimosis

I think i might have phimosis but I cannot be sure. I have never ever had any difficulty in urinating or masturbating. No pain no irritation nothing. Can i still have phimosis ? I can even retract the skin a little but I haven't tried of retraction it all the way because I am scared that will be painful. Is all this normal or do I need to see someone?
