Doubt about std transmission

I'm 22 year old male from Bangalore. I never had sexual intercourse and intravenous drugs usage till date. But I have done following things. 1. I have masturbated (single) inside dirty public toilets several times 2. During night I used to masturbate and ejaculate inside underwear and leave it till morning bath. This are the only things i have done. Is there any chance of getting std by above mentioned scenarios. I'm dying out of anxiety and depression. Please help me out.
