Doubt about Endogest during pregnancy

Hello doctor.i am under treatment to get pregnant.i am using Endogest tablets twice in a day.it’s my 37th day.today I just checkout in pregnancy kit but it shows negative.what I am trying to ask is whether I stop this Endogest tablet can I get periods.because sometimes I am sensing periods like pain.please clear my doubt.
