I am a celiac patient. Now I am blessed with a baby boy . He is now four months.
What is the probability of passing this to my child?
What is the probability of passing gluten through milk by mother?

Hello, yes this is hereditary but there are certain intervals on which you have to do some colonoscopy or lower gi endoscopy
also there are certain tests which you have to take for your child to see for celiac disease

Check for hla dq2 and dq8 in ur child at age of 2
If hla is positive ur child is at risk of developing Celiac
