Dose for eye drops after operation

My maid granny 80 yrs old got cataract operation yesterday. They gave predmet eye drops to put. They are in village and care taker is not educated. They got confused with dosage daily( they thought drops should be put from 6 am till 10 am only). They don't know patient details to contact hospital for details. Please help how many times in a day eye drops need to be used.

ask her to use them atleast 4 times per day and stop them after 1 month
