Hi, I have used Thyronorm for past 4 years. I have done my Thyroid profile test few days back and got my results as follows- T3-64 (Normal) T4-6.5 (Normal) TSH- 37.37 (Abnormal) I am on 100mcg Thyronorm during this test. On my previous test 5 months ago, I was using the same dosage of 100mcg and got my report as- T3-92 (Normal) T4-6.5 (Normal) TSH- 0.53 (Normal) During the last 5 months , I joined TCS and the amount of Stress has increased significantly. Especially in the last 2 months. Also I am on Night Shift for 1 month and I sleep during the day. 1)I wanted to ask for advice and proper dosage to follow to keep my Thyroid levels normal. 2)How to cope up with Panic attacks/ Stress and Shift in sleep cycle. Thank you

Thanks for your query A raised TSH means your thyroid is under stress to increase output. This stress will be there wherever you will work. No location or group is free of this stress. Focus on finer performance and actions. Accuracy and appropriateness is the key. Straight path in every situation fetches results. If you cannot do this then prayers can help. For detailed analysis and results consult a endocrinologist.
