Dosage of paracetamol for fever

My baby had a fever ...I have 125mg/5ml paracetamol syrup .. My baby weight is 7kg and age is 11 months Can you please tell me the syrup ,how much for 'ml' I have to give to my baby and how many hours after next dosage ..please tell me ..today is Sunday ..so all clinic were closed near me ..
