I want to know that how to take alfalfa tonic from sbl properly..the dosage mentioned is 2 spoons for adults. But 2 spoons volume of medicine should be taken directly or first mixed in some cup of water and then consumed. The taste is very bitter if taken on tongue. Secondly, I have a cut inside the mouth due to skin being trapped between teeth while sleeping..can I apply calendula gel or calendula cream directly inside on oral mucosa. I want to give topical releif rather than taking calendula 30 internally. What should be my approach? Or I should rather rinse mouth with calendula mother tincture mixed in water. Basically I want to prefer gel/cream because I have seen mother tinctures have been ineffective in my case
