TANVIR RAHMAN, MIBBS MS, Part Scanned: Doppler Study of Penlle vessels Doppler study of penile vessels: There is no definite thickening of tunica albuginea covering two corpora cavernous. Corpora cavenous and corpus spongiosum of shaft appears unifoem in textunre No evidence ot calcitication is seen. Baseline Doppler study of penis during the flaccid state shows following characteristics of cavernosal and dorsal penile arteries Normal systolic waveform with sharp spike Absence of diastolic flow Color Doppler shows adequate color filling of mentioned arteries, Spectral Doppler study shows - Right cavernosal artery Left cavernosal artery 9.7 cm/see Dorsal artery 18.2 em/see PSV-6.8 em/see Comments: Unremarkable Doppler findings of penis during laccid state.
