I have small pimples on my face, also small bumps which are not going even after consulting family doctor. its a 3 months treatment but its been 3 - 4 weeks i have not seen any difference in my skin instead it got dry and feels flammable whenever i apply anything. i m really disturb. please help.

You have not mentioned what are the creams/medicines your family doctor has prescribed. It will be helpful if you can mention them, as some ointments prescribed for pimples do cause dryness and irritation before the pimples heal
