I have just recommended Dual marker test as Nasal bone mentioned as Hypo-plastic in NT scan other parameter was ok as NT was 1.95. In dual marker T21 came 1:477 ,HCGB value 15.7 and PAPP-A value 3275.6 . I conceived through IVF and this was my first cycle with no any miscarriage history.I have already done NICs before FET and the embryo that is being transferred was single and Euploid with No SCA and without any chromosome disorder. I have been again recommended for NIPT. I want to know the fait of NICs and how much my baby is likely to have any Down syndrome .
