What is this coming and going red dots on penis head no itch no pain when I put oil it's going otherwise it becomes pink colour fluid forming under foreskin , pennis ring affected with pink colour, hsv tested negative , shiny red dots appearing , when I used with soap foreskin layer removing especially at tip of the penis the layer removing mild irritation inside penis but not now
