Don't know i have phimosis or not?

I cannot pull my penis foreskin normally without any lubricant or oil felt pain while pulling it, when having sex without condom foreskin move backwards till penis head but not come back it get stuck in the head of penis i have to stretch it to move it back to normal, with condom i have no issues... how can i know or test whether i have phimosis or not?
