Attached my 5th month ultrasound report here. My baby's head is dolichocephalic in shape. Will it mould itself in the womb or after birth?

Babies head shapes are moldable. It changes with age and development. Other things are normal in your ultrasound. Head shape is not a concern. It changes during delivery too. usually subsides on its own.
